Here you will find current prices for CC Metall AB’s services within building permit drawings, architectural drawings, engineering services, structural engineering services, manufacturing drawings and cultural heritage projects.

We work digitally with private individuals, companies, property owners, housing associations, construction companies, architects, workshops and other clients throughout Europe.

The prices on this page are shown in British pounds and euros. The amounts have been converted from Swedish kronor and rounded.

Where VAT is mentioned, it refers to the original Swedish price basis with 25 % VAT. The final currency, VAT treatment, scope and price are always stated in the written quotation or order confirmation.

20 % discount on building permit drawings

CC Metall AB is currently offering a 20 % discount on building permit drawings until 30 September 2026.

The prices in the regular price columns are the prices before discount. The campaign price shows the price after the discount has been deducted.

The discount applies to the listed project prices for building permit drawings. Any additional work, external consultants, site visits, measurement work and other services are only included if this is expressly stated in the quotation.

Important information about the prices

The prices are starting prices and are based on the client being able to provide clear and sufficient documentation.

The final price is affected by, among other things:

• the size and complexity of the project

• existing drawings and other documentation

• number of drawings and calculations

• requested level of detail

• number of design proposals

• number of revisions

• need for measurement or site visits

• need for a structural engineer or other specialist

• local authority requirements

• requested file formats

• requested delivery time

The written quotation or order confirmation always states the final scope, price, delivery time and terms of the assignment.

1. Prices for building permit drawings

CC Metall AB produces building permit drawings for, among other things, façade changes, extensions, garages, carports, storage buildings, homes, premises, industrial properties and other construction projects.

Which drawings are included varies depending on the project. Building permit documentation may, for example, include a site plan, floor plans, elevation drawings and a section drawing.

Structural drawings, structural calculations, certified control manager, energy calculations, fire safety design, geotechnics and other specialist services are not automatically included.

CC Metall AB helps with floor plans, sketch proposals, façades and architectural drawings for homes, extensions, alterations, apartments, premises and larger property projects.

The quotation states whether the assignment includes sketch proposals, floor plans, architectural drawings, building permit drawings or a combination of several parts.

3. Prices for engineering and structural services

CC Metall AB produces technical drawings, engineering documentation, structural drawings and structural calculations for buildings, properties, steel, timber and concrete.

The services may include, for example:

• technical CAD drawings

• construction details and installation documentation

• fixings and connections

• steel and metal details

• stairs, railings and balconies

• openings in load-bearing walls

• beams, columns and structural supports

• floor structures and roof structures

• extensions, roof lifts and new storeys

• foundation structures

• coordination between architect, structural engineer, builder and manufacturer

For clearly defined assignments, a fixed price can be provided after the documentation has been reviewed.

The price is affected by, among other things, the scope of the structure, number of building elements, available drawings, materials, loads, need for site visits and documentation requirements.

The quotation states:

• which drawings and calculations are included

• which building elements are to be dimensioned

• who is responsible for calculation and review

• whether an external specialist needs to be involved

• whether signing or special documentation is included

• which assumptions and limitations apply

Formal structural calculations and review of load-bearing capacity are only included when a structural engineering assignment has been expressly ordered.

4. Prices for stairs and railings

CC Metall AB produces manufacturing drawings and CAD documentation for, among other things, stairs, railings, gates, steel frames, wood products, jigs, fixtures and custom-made components.

All prices below are including VAT, based on the original Swedish price list.

The prices apply to the drawing work and not to the manufacture of the physical product, unless otherwise expressly stated in the quotation.

Depending on the assignment, the delivery may include:

• cutting lists

• installation documentation

Structural calculations and dimensioning of load-bearing or safety-critical products are only included when stated in the quotation.

5. Prices for cultural heritage projects

CC Metall AB helps with drawings and technical documentation for older buildings and culturally sensitive environments.

This may include, for example:

• railings and gates

• forged details

• fittings

• entrance sections

• decorative grilles

• transom windows

• documentation of older building elements

• recreation of details from photographs or archive material

• new solutions adapted to an older design language

Building conservation statements, authority decisions and other formal specialist assessments are not automatically included.

If a building conservation specialist, structural engineer, architect or other expert needs to be involved, this is stated in the quotation.

What is included in the price?

The exact content varies between assignments and is always stated in the quotation.

Depending on the service, the price may include:

• review of the client’s documentation

• digital coordination meetings

• preparation of drawings or calculations

• agreed file formats

• a specified number of revisions

• digital delivery

• compilation of technical information

What is not automatically included?

The following items are only included when expressly stated in the quotation:

• site visits

• measurement work

• control measurement

• geotechnical investigation

• building permit fees and other authority fees

• certified control manager

• fire safety design

• energy calculation

• plumbing, electrical or ventilation design

• building conservation statement

• independent third-party review

• external consultant costs

• manufacturing

• materials

• transport

• installation

• CE marking or product approval

• submission to the municipality

For building permit, structural and authority-related projects, drawings and calculations need to be adapted to the country and municipality where the project will be carried out.

Local rules, standards, loads, qualification requirements and signing requirements may affect both the scope and price of the assignment.
